Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in office and production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software including Microsoft and Apple operating systems and print driver setup.
• Thorough working knowledge of the Canon USA software portfolio including eCopy, Therefore and uniFLOW.
• Strong grasp of networking essentials.
• Extensive travel may be required up to 60% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training regional accounts and delivering training outcomes.
• Determine best instructional methods and test trainees to measure progress.
• Develop, direct, plan and evaluate training activities and collaborate with the training team.
• Analyze customers' training needs to determine requirements for new program development.
• Work independently with guidance only in new or unusual situations.
