Canon USA seeks a remote Training Specialist to lead regional account training, focusing on hardware, software features, and the technology behind Canon products. You will maintain a demo environment and support Latin America with Spanish-language training.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and travel up to 60%. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus knowledge of Windows/macOS, print drivers, and Canon's eCopy/Therefore/uniFLOW suites, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in office and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS and print driver setup.
• Familiarity with Canon software like eCopy, Therefore, and uniFLOW.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage training programs and outcomes for regional accounts.
• Select instructional methods and assess trainee learning progress.
• Coordinate with the training team on curriculum development and needs assessments.
• Analyze customer training needs to inform new program development.
• Work independently with guidance only for unusual situations.
