Pearl Interactive Network, LLC is hiring an on-site Information Specialist in Gettysburg, PA to respond to public inquiries about licensing procedures, forms, and complaint processes. Fluent Spanish/English required; 1–2 years in call center or government information support preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or government information support role.

Mansioni

• Respond to inquiries from the public regarding licensing procedures, application requirements, Broadband Data Collection, and complaint filing processes.
• Provide accurate guidance on navigating online forms, and documentation requirements.
• Research and resolve consumer issues by referencing FCC policies, procedures, and knowledge base resources.
• Document all customer interactions in accordance with FCC and contract requirements, ensuring accurate and complete records.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level specialists or government staff as required.
