CCF Family of Brands' CheckSmart unit in Toledo, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers with transactions, provide friendly service, and help connect clients to financial solutions in a fast-paced in-store environment.

You will participate in training, support leadership, and maintain accurate customer data while meeting daily performance goals. A full-time schedule includes 40 hours per week, with in-store responsibilities and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing and moving objects.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
