Job summary

Absorb Software is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to shape and deliver high‑impact LMS implementations. You will lead engagements spanning HR, IT, and L&D, configuring Absorb LMS and guiding data migrations, SSO setup, and integrations.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain documentation, and advise clients while collaborating with internal teams. This is a fully remote role with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering client-facing projects in professional services or LMS administration at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on administrator experience with at least one commercial LMS such as Absorb LMS, Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets, timelines and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SSO standards (SAML 2.0, OIDC), REST APIs, and data feeds.
• Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and HRIS/HCM integrations.
• PMP, CAPM or related project-management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and deliver paid engagements covering LMS administration and configuration.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate outputs into statements of work with milestones.
• Run engagements across HR, IT, and L&D, managing scope and deadlines.
• Configure Absorb LMS environments: departments, roles, workflows, branding, and e‑commerce.
• Coordinate data migration, SSO, REST API use, and data feeds with Technical Services.
• Manage a portfolio of engagements with budget, timeline, and status reporting.
