Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a bilingual Enterprise Implementation Consultant to lead multi-phase enterprise software implementations for our customers. You will drive adoption, deliver onboarding experiences, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey.

You will manage client relationships, conduct formal training, and transfer knowledge to internal teams while coordinating with product, sales, and account management to maximize value. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise customers in software implementation, onboarding, or consulting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for bilingual delivery.
• Experience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn MaintainX within 30 days to advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead customer interactions throughout the implementation lifecycle to maximize product value.
• Serve as the client manager during implementations to manage expectations and satisfaction.
• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding.
• Provide product knowledge support and best practices to clients.
• Track client issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge through workflow recommendations and client needs.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and account management teams on initiatives.
