You will evaluate leads, assess eligibility, and guide families through the decision to retain our firm with empathy and a consultative approach. The position offers a competitive base pay of $38.46/hr or about $80,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus designed to reach six figures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years outbound sales experience or 3+ years in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to close deals and convert qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via multiple channels.
• Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
• Convert consultations into retained clients through trust and effective communication.
• Explain services, retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding processes.
• Handle objections and guide clients toward informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Case Analysts for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Process client payments and complete intake documentation.
• Provide empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations.
