Moaddel Law Firm APC in Los Angeles seeks a driven Business Development Representative who is bilingual in English and Spanish to guide prospective clients through immigration options and convert leads into retained clients.

You will manage warm inbound leads, explain retainers and payment plans, and collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Competitive base pay and bonuses are offered with onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 2 years closing experience in B2C sales or high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients.
• Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience working toward KPIs and revenue targets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Clio or Zoho preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads via phone, video, text, and email.
• Conduct high-volume consultations with prospective clients seeking immigration support.
• Build trust quickly, identify client needs and goals.
• Use consultative B2C sales techniques to convert leads into retained clients.
• Explain retainers, payment plans, and onboarding processes clearly.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and client documentation.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, conversion goals, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Legal and Case Analyst teams for smooth transitions.
• Deliver empathetic, professional client experiences in sensitive situations.
