Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years outbound sales experience or 3+ years in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to close deals and convert qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via multiple channels.
• Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
• Convert consultations into retained clients through trust and effective communication.
• Explain services, retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding processes.
• Handle objections and guide clients toward informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Case Analysts for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Process client payments and complete intake documentation.
• Provide empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations.

Calling all closers! We are seeking a driven and bilingual Sales Closer – Immigration to join our team in Los Angeles. This role sits at the intersection of sales and client advocacy, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. With a consultative approach, you will evaluate leads, assess case eligibility, and confidently guide families through the decision to retain our firm. This is a high-energy, metrics-driven sales role that rewards empathy, persistence, and a commitment to outstanding closing performance. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, video, text, and email for prospective clients.
• Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
