Meneses Law PLLC is seeking a Client Care Specialist in Austin, TX. The role focuses on bilingual (English/Spanish) sales and customer service to promote our immigration law services.

You will respond to inquiries, guide clients through service options, and work to meet sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards. As part of the team, you will greet clients, manage records, and follow up with leads via phone and email.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
• Convert sales for a wide range of legal services and meet monthly sales goals.
• Provide recommendations according to customer needs.
• Document sales by updating customer records.
• Keep up-to-date with sales trends to achieve targets.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally to encourage hiring the firm.
• Close sales and follow up via phone and email.
• Collaborate with management to implement improvements.
• Serve as liaison between client and Meneses Law team with regular follow-up.
