Toast, a technology partner for restaurants, is seeking a Hybrid Development Representative in Houston to build and qualify opportunities and drive high-volume outreach, ensuring Account Executives receive high-quality engagements for closing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Driven by a long-term goal of becoming a full-cycle Account Executive (AE).
• Able to handle rejection with professionalism and persistence.
• Excellent communication across high-volume calls and written outreach.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage 100+ daily outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outreach to prospective businesses to qualify mutual fit for Toast's platform.
• Build and qualify opportunities to drive growth and ensure high-quality engagements for Account Executives.
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and enable seamless handoff to the appropriate AE.
• Learn and apply inbound and outbound outreach methods to progress toward an All-Bound SDR role.
