Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, Mississippi, is seeking an HR coordinator to support contingent workers and full-time staff. You will handle onboarding, I-9 processing, benefits enrollment, and daily HR operations to keep the workforce engaged and compliant.

As part of a dynamic HR team, you will partner with staffing and payroll, manage urgent communications, and assist with audits and attendance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR for contingent workforce.
• Experience with onboarding and I-9 processing.
• Familiarity with benefits enrollment and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to contingent workforce with routine questions.
• Generate badges-new/replacement badges.
• Conduct new hire orientation for contingent workforce and FTE.
• Process I-9’s for NHO.
• Support the HR team with open enrollment, Glint survey, employee engagement events.
• Support ER partners with translation support.
• Assign lockers and complete locker audits.
• Support the conversion to Hyve process with contingent workers.
• Coordinate with staffing partners and payroll on payroll discrepancies.
• Process contingent worker attendance and staffing metrics reports.
• Provide daily updates to supervisors/managers on call outs.
• Process contingent worker terminations and related actions.
• Complete everify-I9 process.
• Ensure inventory of badge cards, environmental policy cards, and lanyards for NHO and monthly items.

• Process the contingent worker attendance bonus report and staffing metrics report
• Provide additional support to supervisors and managers as needed
• Ensure supervisors/managers are provided with daily updates on call outs
• Process all contingent worker terminations, requests for corrective actions, coaching and counseling’s
• Complete everify-I9 process
• Ensure adequate amounts of badge cards, environmental policy cards, and lanyards are available for NHO-Monthly inventory of all items
• Complete additional tasks as needed within OB’s HR department
