ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking a positive, energetic Human Resources Assistant for our HR Office in League City, Texas.

The role supports visitors, answers inquiries, helps applicants with online applications, and provides administrative support across HR functions. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), proficient with Microsoft Office, and demonstrates excellent communication, organization, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance across multiple HR functions.
• Knowledge of DISA, E-Verify and I9 Completion.
• Assist with scheduling safety council and submitting background checks.
• Perform data entry and other administrative functions as assigned.
• Assure positive associate relations.

The Position:

We are looking for a positive, energetic and experienced Human Resources Assistant with a wide variety of abilities that complements ISC’s culture of integrity for our HR Office in League City, Texas.

Applicants should have the ability to:

• Greet visitors to Human Resources Office
• Answers requests, questions and employment inquiries, both in person and on the telephone, in a friendly and professional manner
• Assists applicants with completion of online application
• Provide administrative assistance across multiple HR functions
• Knowledge of DISA, E-Verify and I9 Completion
• Assist with scheduling safety council and submitting background checks
• Perform data entry and other administrative functions as assigned.
• Assure positive associate relations

Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and initiative.
• Must demonstrate confidentiality, strong integrity, honesty and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
• Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multi-task
• Excellent attention to details, organizational and time management skills, with understanding of meeting deadlines.
• Must be dependable, strong work ethic, especially surrounding attendance and punctuality. Have the willingness to work overtime, when warranted.
