• Strong observational, documentation, and reporting skills with attention to procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in varying environmental conditions and build trust with workers and supervisors.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional safety-focused training is a plus.

Role Description

The Bilingual HSE Person will support on-site health, safety, and environmental activities at a client location in Turney, MO. This contract role includes conducting safety inspections, monitoring work areas for hazards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The individual will prepare and maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and daily logs, while communicating findings and recommendations to site leadership. A key part of the role is delivering safety training and toolbox talks in both English and another language, assisting workers with understanding procedures and PPE requirements. The Bilingual HSE Person will collaborate with supervisors and crews to address safety concerns promptly, promote a culture of accountability, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
