Qualifications

• 1+ year administrative support experience, preferably in a HR environment.
• Excellent knowledge and proficiency with technology and computers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Bilingual - Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, cordial and informative assistance to employees.
• Act as company ambassador, and demonstrate a positive and outgoing attitude.
• Assist new hires with new hire paperwork.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.
