Koch Foods in Mississippi is seeking an administrative support professional to provide cordial, informative assistance to employees, act as a positive company ambassador, and help new hires with paperwork.

This on-site role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a bilingual Spanish/English capability, and the ability to handle a range of duties beyond HR administration in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year administrative support experience, preferably in a HR environment.
• Excellent knowledge and proficiency with technology and computers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Bilingual - Spanish and English required.

• May be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• May be exposed to damp, wet, and cold environments.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
