Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily HR floor walks and assist onboarding.
• Support training initiatives on the production floor and in classrooms.
• Welcome new hires and guide onboarding and first weeks.
• Track checklists, probationary reviews, and follow-ups.
• Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures clearly.
• Translate verbal and written information as needed.
• Assist with HR documentation and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide coverage for receptionist and HR Technician.
