Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required or highly proficient.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple daily HR floor walks to ensure HR accessibility for all team members.
• Support managers with training initiatives on the production floor and in classrooms.
• Onboard new hires and guide them through training and initial weeks.
• Track checklists, probationary reviews, and follow-ups for a smooth start.
• Explain policies, benefits, and procedures clearly and compassionately.
• Translate as needed to ensure understanding of training, policies, and resources.
• Assist with HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide receptionist and HR Technician coverage.
