Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Talent Advisor to lead HR initiatives and drive engagement for a 2nd shift team. You will manage onboarding, retention, and development programs while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a proven ability to influence management levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices, onboarding/offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Results-oriented, hardworking, and detail-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
• Minimum 2 years of employee management, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• 2nd Shift 3 PM to Midnight.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Execute programs for redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services to meet customer needs.
