Job summary

swipejobs is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Floor Coordinator to support employees and supervisors on the production floor at our client site. You will be the go-to contact for questions, monitor attendance, log updates, and coach associates as needed.

This role requires strong organization, calm professionalism in a fast-paced environment, and hands-on interaction with staff on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Comfortable walking the floor and engaging directly with employees.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee and supervisor questions.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and call-outs; log updates and notify supervisors as needed.
• Walk the production floor regularly to check timeclocks, greet employees, and watch for safety or dress code issues.
• Support new hires with onboarding, tours, timeclock training, and introductions to supervisors.
• Manage badges (set up, track, and collect upon assignment end).
• Review time punches, identify issues, and coach employees when necessary.
• Assist with time-off requests, confirm eligibility, and track approvals.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership (team leads, supervisors, and production coordinators).
• Provide verbal coaching to associates as needed.

• Needs for both 1st and 2nd shift.
• 1st Shift hours- 5am-2pm. $20-22 per hour
• Need for someone who can start on First Shift and then transition to Second Shift in November- 2nd Shift - 4pm - 12pm. $22-25 per hour
