Job summary

Pilgrim’s Human Resources team is seeking an HR Supervisor to supervise professional and administrative staff across employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, employment, and labor relations. The role requires readiness to work 2nd shift and include reporting, budgeting, and program enhancements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of HR experience, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional related work experience may substitute.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day administration of personnel policies and practices at the location.
• Oversees and assigns employee training and orientation programs.
• Oversees compensation and benefits programs to align with corporate programs.
• Recommends program changes to meet HR requirements and submits budget suggestions.
• Coordinates affirmative action and other employee relations programs.
• May participate in collective bargaining and administer contract provisions.
