Job summary

Wakefield Pork, Inc. in Gaylord, Minnesota is seeking a bilingual HR translator and administrative assistant to support the HR team with confidential translation, onboarding and benefits administration.

You will coordinate recruitment, conduct initial phone screens, maintain HR systems, and help plan company meetings while ensuring compliance with policies and privacy. This full-time role requires traveling occasionally and fluency in Spanish and English, with an associate degree and strong

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English; written and verbal fluency in Spanish.
• Associate’s degree required.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential translation and interpretation.
• Assist the HR Director with Benefit Administration.
• Administer the recruitment and applicant tracking process.
• Conduct initial phone screens with applicants.
• Maintain HR information systems and employee databases.
• Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding program.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
• Coordinate and assist in planning company meetings.
