Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring an HR Recruiter – Bilingual Spanish for our Cold Spring, MN facility. You will recruit, hire, and onboard hourly team members, supporting bilingual English/Spanish communications and ensuring staffing levels align with plant needs.

You will manage postings, track applicants, and collaborate with the HR team to promote inclusion and a safe, compliant workplace. This role requires strong interviewing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or related experience preferred; manufacturing/food experience a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English; ability to translate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of hourly team members at the Cold Spring facility.
• Manage job postings and applicant tracking across platforms and SharePoint.
• Build candidate pipelines through community organizations and schools.
