Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from sourcing to reference checks and offers.

• Build relationships with managers to anticipate needs and guide recruiting.
• Coordinate with external agencies and communicate throughout hiring.
• Research market trends to keep compensation, benefits, and recruiting competitive.
• Develop strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Support HR initiatives and employee records, performance reviews, engagement.
• Assist benefits administration and day-to-day HR tasks.
• Identify improvements to HR processes and support culture initiatives.
