NPAworldwide in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, HR records and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with 1–3 years of HR or HR administration experience; a degree in human resources is preferred. This role partners with employees and management to apply policy and maintain compliance.

• Previous HR, administrative, recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Degree in human resources in proffered.
• Good attention to details.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and direct supervision.
• Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and preparation of employment offers.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, employment documentation, and required pre-employment processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
• Process employee changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Assist employees with questions regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, PTO, and other HR-related matters.
• Support benefits administration, including employee enrollments, changes, and communication of benefit information.
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping by reviewing employee attendance, PTO, missed punches, and other payroll-related information.
• Monitor employee attendance and assist management with addressing attendance or performance concerns.
• Support employee relations matters, including coaching, disciplinary actions, workplace concerns, and investigations.
