Job summary

Flatiron Flexcare in Colorado is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing homecare team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding new caregivers, and maintain HR records to ensure a compliant and efficient workplace.

You will collaborate with management to address staffing needs, manage EVV training coordination, and help employees succeed through strong communication and organized processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting or healthcare administration.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume caregiver recruitment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confidential handling of information.
• Knowledge of Colorado homecare regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for caregivers and staff.
• Source candidates via email, job boards, social media.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate references.
• Maintain employee files and HR records.
• Support EVV compliance and training coordination.
• Ensure HR processes comply with Colorado regulations.
