Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with interviewing methods and selection tools.
• Hands-on with recruiting software and HRIS.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions with department supervisors.
• Post jobs to boards, papers, colleges, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates via databases, social media, career fairs.
• Collaborate with local colleges to build candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes and assess knowledge, skills, experience.
• Conduct interviews using reliable tools and methods.
• Maintain applicant database for ZA.
• Create candidate assessments if needed.
• Provide recruiting analytics to management.
• Manage contingent workers and timecards.
• Promote the company as a great place to work.
• Other duties as assigned.
