Qualifications

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably staffing
• Strong computer knowledge to navigate platforms
• Passion for talking with people at all levels and handling stressful situations
• Ability to manage time and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract great people to work
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates and stand out postings
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media and community outreach
• Interview candidates to find the right fit for opportunities
• Build a pipeline of people and actively contribute to order fulfillment
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get them to work
