Job summary

LHH in Montvale, NJ seeks an HR Project Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS) to support North America HR programs, coordinate projects and drive employee engagement across a diverse workforce.

This hybrid role partners with HR leadership, manages timelines, and supports training and onboarding while translating policies and SOPs. Travel up to 25% is required; salary is $70,000–$85,000 with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience with focus on HR project coordination.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations (3PL, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing) preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish preferred for written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation of global HR programs and initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and survey initiatives across North America.
• Support training initiatives and onboarding programs for Spanish-speaking associates.
• Translate HR policies, SOPs, and program launches as needed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track progress with KPIs and prepare status reports for HR leadership.
• Travel to site locations to support HR initiatives and project rollouts (up to 25%).
• Utilize Lean Management principles to identify efficiency improvements in HR processes.
