Job summary

HR 4 Your Small Biz, LLC is seeking a highly motivated bilingual Human Resources & Leadership Consulting Intern. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) and offers hands-on experience with real client projects, executive-level initiatives, and leadership strategy.

You will work onsite from Lawrenceville, NJ, Tue–Fri, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 15–20 hours weekly, with compensation of $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leadership development initiatives.
• Support executive coaching projects.
• Research leadership trends and best practices.
• Help prepare leadership workshops and training materials.
• Participate in organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Support workplace investigations.
• Review resumes and coordinate interview logistics.
• Coordinate interview logistics and onboarding activities.
• Translate HR documents between English and Spanish.
• Assist with policy and handbook updates.
• Calendar coordination and CRM updates.
• Project coordination and administrative support.
