Job summary

Unipart-Logistics is seeking an HR Special Projects Coordinator to lead the North American rollout of global HR programs, tailoring messaging and logistics for the region. You will manage timelines, align with central HR guidelines, and drive adoption across sites in North America.

The role requires 3-5 years in HR project coordination, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and fluent English and Spanish. Travel up to 25% may be needed. SHRM credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA roll-out of global HR programs, tailoring messaging for North America.
• Set and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables across North America.
• Produce status reports and present progress to HR and stakeholders.
• Support change management to boost adoption of new tools and processes.
• Coordinate data gathering for global frameworks and mobility surveys.
• Serve as regional point of contact for global HR project managers.
