Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
• Ability and willingness to travel between locations as business needs require.
