Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees full employee lifecycle at the site, including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and support to HR staff at the site.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Communicates clearly with employees, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization.
• Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Performs additional duties and projects to support organizational objectives.
