Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking an HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist (CA, Anaheim) to support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations across the organization.

The role partners with HR Business Partners to coach managers, investigate routine concerns, maintain compliant records, and ensure consistent policy application across states. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred, with strong organizational skills and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with employee relations and compliance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of California labor law and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for routine employee relations and policy guidance.
• Coach managers on attendance, performance, conduct, and timekeeping with consistent policy application.
• Prepare and retain corrective action documentation and PIPs.
• Conduct routine workplace investigations and document findings.
• Escalate complex or high-risk issues with HR Business Partners.
• Support employee separations with documentation and coordination.
• Monitor ER trends and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records compliant with laws and company policy.
