Restoration Management Company in Anaheim, CA is seeking an HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist to lead day-to-day employee relations and ensure compliant HR operations.

The role serves as a trusted resource for managers and employees by providing guidance on policies, performance management, corrective action, and routine workplace concerns while maintaining HR processes across a multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Deep understanding of California labor law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for routine employee relations matters and policy guidance.
• Coach managers on attendance, performance, conduct, and timekeeping to ensure policy consistency.
• Prepare and retain corrective-action documentation including warnings and PIPs.
• Conduct routine workplace investigations and document findings and recommendations.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on complex matters and escalate when there is discrimination, harassment, or significant risk.
• Support employee separations with required documentation and coordination with HRBP.
