We're working with a growing restaurant group that is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join its people team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, partnering with managers, and helping teams work through people challenges.You'll have a key role in supporting employees, guiding leaders, and making sure the business maintains a strong, fair, and consistent workplace.

What You'll Do

• Be a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.
• Manage investigations from start to finish and recommend appropriate next steps.
