Job summary

Pipestone is seeking an HR Liaison to support international employees as they transition to living and working in the United States. You will assist with essential onboarding tasks and help new hires settle into housing, social security, and local documentation.

In this role you’ll coordinate transportation from the airport, conduct orientations, and backfill HR processes and administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly for a growing team in Brandon, South Dakota.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in HR (agriculture experience a plus).
• Bilingual fluency in English and another language.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist new hires with essentials like Social Security, driver’s licenses, and housing setup.
• Provide transportation from the airport to designated housing and conduct onboarding orientations.
• Support HR processes and administrative tasks.
