PIPESTONE is seeking an HR Supervisor to assist with recruiting and onboarding, fostering a positive culture for new employees across locations. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and supporting new hires to ensure smooth integration.

You will conduct orientations, coordinate interviews, advertise vacancies, monitor the mentor program, and assist with various projects, scheduling meetings as requested by the SR HR Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting activities for various locations
• Participation with production in on-farm development
• Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel
• Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors mentor program, writes and places advertisements
• Assists with the various projects
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by SR HR Supervisor
