We're looking for an HR professional who can provide guidance on employee relations, leave administration, accommodations, HR policies, and compliance while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers.

In this role, you'll:

Partner with leaders on employee relations, investigations, and workplace concerns
Support leave of absence and accommodation programs, including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other employment changes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Help foster an engaging, inclusive, and positive work environment

We're seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least two years of HR experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred!
