Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking an on-site HR leader for Richardson Renaissance in Richardson, TX. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, oversee HR processes in Workday and HRIS, and deliver onboarding and training to support brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR leadership, strong employment-law knowledge, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and excellent communication and MS Office skills for a diverse, engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR leadership experience to confidently oversee property-level HR functions.
• Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) to ensure legal compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to support strategic and day-to-day HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology to manage data and compliance tasks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for a positive associate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts on property, partnering with hiring managers and managing the hiring process through Workday.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records across HRIS, training, performance, and benefits.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training programs that support associate development and brand standards.
• Champion associate engagement and relations through recognition programs, performance management, and open communication.
• Administer safety, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes while promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
