Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Prior Human Resources experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR Generalist support and assists with day-to-day functions in HR – systems and processes.
• Acts as a resource for associate relations and ensures compliance of state and federal employment laws, and company policies and procedures.
• Ensures proper disciplinary action is taken with respect to Concord’s established guidelines.
• Delivers and assists with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Ensures all associates have completed required training.
• Actively supports and participates in property and corporate sponsored programs and events.
• Administers and maintains accurate records of necessary federal, state, and local reports as required by the applicable laws, and Concord COPs.
• Assists with Human Resources projects as needed.
• Heavy travel required, when not working at the corporate office
