DO & CO AG in New York is seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator fluent in Spanish to support our hospitality teams across locations. You will serve as a liaison between staff and HR, assist with onboarding, leaves, payroll support, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience in a large or multi-unit environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HR and staff, delivering exceptional service.
• Manage HR inbox and escalate inquiries as needed.
• Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
