Scudder Roofing and Scudder Solar is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people strategy from Marina, CA. You will handle payroll compliance, benefits, and HR operations while partnering with the CEO on people decisions and ensuring adherence to California prevailing wage rules.

The role requires 6+ years in HR, fluency in English and Spanish, and a Bachelor's degree. On-site, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package with room to influence company culture

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee certified payroll and PW portal uploads.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws at all levels.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmark benefits.
• Guide recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS maintenance.
• Lead company-wide safety, culture, and recognition initiatives.
