Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily production activities in a Ready-to-Eat food facility in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on operational excellence, food safety compliance, team development, and achieving production goals while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

You will supervise and coach the production team, translate between English and Spanish, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in Ready-to-Eat (RTE) or CPG environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
• Coach, develop, and lead production team members while maintaining a positive, accountable environment.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP, SQF standards.
• Monitor schedules, labor use, downtime, waste, and performance metrics.
• Translate and communicate policies and training between English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
