IFAB Corp. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations for a diverse, manufacturing workforce.

You will manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and HR compliance, partnering with plant leadership to align HR practices with business goals. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and the ability to conduct meetings, investigations, training, and communications in both languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations for IFAB Corp, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure HR practices align with business objectives and applicable laws.
• Conduct employee meetings, investigations, training, and communications in English and Spanish.
• Lead employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with plant leadership and managers to address workforce needs and policies.
• Coordinate benefits administration, HRIS data, and payroll coordination as needed.
