You will develop and refine policies, coach managers on HR matters, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will oversee payroll, onboarding, and employee relations across a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in HR, with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience with strong understanding of policies and laws.
• Experience leading HR teams in manufacturing and warehousing settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
