Rotolo Consultants, Inc. in Slidell, LA is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources and Immigration Representative to be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

You will support onboarding, I-9 processing, and immigration sponsorship programs while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. The role requires 1–3 years in HR or related admin work, bilingual English/Spanish, and MS 365 experience; immigration process familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, or a related administrative role.
Experience in an immigration law office, corporate immigration program, or employment-based immigration processes is strongly preferred.
Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish are required.
Experience working with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Complete I-9 for new hires and maintain I-9 records.
Submit online applicant investigation requests and assist with background checks.
Conduct audits of HR programs/processes and recommend corrective actions.
Update HRIS records and process paperwork for hires, terminations, and status changes.
Assist HR director with research and special projects.
Create and maintain employee personnel files and documentation.
Assist with recruitment and correspondence.
Support Permanent Residency Sponsorship program administration and documentation.
