Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1 year+ experience in case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce).
• 1 year+ experience in HR, call center, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries and issues using procedures and knowledge bases.
• Document inquiries in the contact center case management system (ServiceNow).
• Forward inquiries to Functional Specialists when deeper knowledge is needed.
• Notify teams when knowledgebase updates are required.
• Suggest process improvements with supervisors for efficiency.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
