Responsibilities

• Lead talent and culture at the location with plant leadership to foster a positive employee relations culture.
• Partner with Plant Leader and Talent Acquisition on plant-level staffing, including recruitment of exempt, non-exempt, and temporary roles.
• Develop and implement recruitment, retention, and training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance.
• Manage full hiring process: postings, resume screening, interviews, onboarding, follow-up.
• Act as liaison between employees and management, handle investigations and performance management.
