Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits, COBRA, leaves and enrollment.
• Conduct onboarding and full-cycle recruitment.
• Process time/attendance and weekly payroll.
• Maintain HRIS records and compliance with laws.
• Handle employee relations and policy communications.
• Prepare handbook and SOPs; support training/performance management.
